We don’t need people who just know how to use a phone. We will be looking for enthusiasts who understand the architecture beneath the screen.
- The Skill Set: You know the difference between
fastbootandadbby heart. You understand partition structures, you know what “Magisk” and “KernelSU” are, and you have personally revived a “soft-bricked” device without breaking a sweat. - The Mindset: You treat a client’s device with extreme caution, understanding that a single wrong command can wipe data.
2. The “Windows & Mac Surgeon”
- The Skill Set: You move beyond “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” You are comfortable navigating the Windows Registry, analyzing Minidump files to solve BSODs, and troubleshooting macOS Terminal commands.
- The Mindset: You have the patience to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients in plain English.
